The average turn around time for standard alteration is around 5-7 business days from the day you have the fitting with us. Please note that it may vary depend on the quantity , complexity of your garment & our schedule availability. Therefore, we encourage you schedule your appointment in advance.

We offer 14 calendar days guarantee from your assigned pick-up date to re-altered the assigned job one time without any additional fee. According to our terms of services, the original invoice receipt is required to be present for our specialist to check what type of alterations we performed before starting the re-alterations process on a garment. If you are unable to provide the original invoice receipt, unfortunately the 14 days satisfaction guarantee cannot be applied on the garments you wish to be re-altered.

Alteration and tailoring service are labor works which requires craftsmanship skill with years of experience and they are considered non-refundable.

Yes, we can. If you are not satisfied with the work you’ve received from another service, our specialists will identify what was incorrectly altered in the past and advise you options for re-alteration and acknowledge you whether it can be fully recovered.

There are techniques that we can help Repair or Patch damage on your garment. We will apply the best possible solution and describe what you will superficially see or feel once it is complete. However, we DO NOT REWEAVE or MEND CLOTHING. The offer repair is meant to try to cover up problem area and prevent further damage.
