NEEWIN was found by Nghi Nguyen, an Asian-American Fashion Designer who has a strong background in designing and tailoring in 2019. Nghi persuaded his second degree in Fashion Design with a minor major in Fashion Merchandising at Houston Community College, Texas, after earning his first degree in Culture and Art College of HoChiMinh City, Vietnam.

Nghi Nguyen established his career by focusing on the quality of garment using his own techniques in alteration and designing. He has worked with best master tailors and performed from standard, couture to vintage and haute-couture pieces.
